- Sanitizing all high-contact areas: We clean and sanitize our restaurant and high-touch areas using sanitizer that has been validated by the EPA and BOH to be effective against COVID-19
- Gloves and Handwashing: “3” team members are wearing gloves and masks at all times when handling food and interacting with guests. We are washing our hands and using hand sanitizer as often as possible.
- Social Distancing: We are making sure that all persons, including employees, guests, and vendors are remaining at least six feet apart to the greatest extent possible.
- All tables have been separated to the required 6 foot distance.
- Our ventilation system and filters are routinely serviced, changed and treated with a virucide.
